1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing niolearn.com, enrolling in NioLearn cohorts (such as Batch 01), or utilizing our college intelligence tools, you agree to comply with these terms of service and all applicable Indian laws and educational regulations.
2. Cohort Participation & Student Code of Conduct
NioLearn maintains a respectful, collaborative learning environment. Harassment, unauthorized recording/redistribution of lecture materials, or spamming cohort discussion channels will result in immediate removal from the cohort without refund eligibility.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum notes, algorithmic mock problem sets, video recordings, and institutional review matrices produced by NioLearn are proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Independent Guidance Disclaimer
NioLearn provides academic training and independent guidance. Admission decisions are made exclusively by the respective university examination bodies and selection committees. NioLearn does not guarantee admissions or university rank outcomes.
