1. Core Commitment: Zero Selling of Student Leads
NioLearn operates on an uncompromising student safety standard. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade student or parent personal data (including phone numbers, email addresses, and test scores) to third-party marketing companies, coaching aggregators, or private college sales call centers.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver educational services: student name, contact email, WhatsApp communication number, target entrance exam preferences, and performance logs on proctored diagnostic assessments.
3. Minor Data Protection
Recognizing that many college aspirants are high-school students, we enforce strict access control. Student WhatsApp cohort groups are monitored by verified faculty moderators to prevent spam, unverified advertisements, or inappropriate peer conduct.
4. Website Analytics
Optional Google Analytics measurement is activated only after analytics consent. It is used to understand aggregate website usage, conversion journeys, and Core Web Vitals. Advertising storage and personalized advertising remain disabled, and form contents or payment credentials are never included in analytics events.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Requests
Students or parents may request complete deletion of their account records and contact details at any time by emailing privacy@niolearn.com. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
