Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: October 2026 • WCAG 2.1 AA Conformance Target

Our Commitment to Accessibility

NioLearn is dedicated to providing an accessible digital experience for all prospective students, enrolled cohort members, parents, and educators. We continuously design, develop, and test our web applications to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

Key Accessibility Features

Keyboard Navigation & Focus

All interactive elements—including menus, accordions, and checkout steps—are operable via standard keyboard shortcuts with high-contrast focus rings.

High Color Contrast

Typography and UI tokens maintain minimum contrast ratios of 4.5:1 against light and dark backgrounds to support low-vision users.

Screen Reader Compatibility

Semantic HTML5 landmarks, ARIA attributes, and explicit image alternatives ensure assistive technologies navigate content seamlessly.

Reduced Motion Support

All decorative transitions and animations respect system `prefers-reduced-motion` settings.

Feedback & Support

If you encounter any barrier while accessing materials on NioLearn or have suggestions for improvement, please contact our support team at support@niolearn.com.
